According to the Consumer Protection Act of R.O.C., if customer find flaws or issues with the order within 7 days (including holidays) after delivery, they may retain the right given by the Consumer Protection Act.
However the 7 days inspection period does not mean trial period, which the returned order must retain its original packaging and remain brand new. Please include all given items within the original order, including the item itself, the packaging, paper works, and the original box. Please keep in mind if any of the items mentioned above is missing or damaged, it may affect the customer's right to reclaim the full refund on the order or deduction of the price refunded to cover the damaged items.
The items purchased are either food or beverages, which due to hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be reverted. For your own right, please make sure there are no flaws or other issues with the ordered items before you open it.
Orders above 5 kgs cannot be shipped via 7-11 or Family Mart, and must be shipped via other logistic firms (including Kerry TJ, Chunghwa Post, etc.). If you have placed an order above 5 kgs but accidentally choose the 7-11/Family Mart shipping service, we will contact you and change the carrier, thank you for your support and understanding.
